We will have an early morning game drive later return to the camp for breakfast and check out. Depart Ol pajeta after breakfast and drive to Kenya’s Northern Frontier District, Samburu National Reserve. It is one of Kenya’s most protected areas, and home to species only found north of the equator, from the reticulated giraffe to Grevy’s zebras and Beisa oryxes. You will arrive at your reserved lodge, and check-in and lunch will follow. In the afternoon, we explore the park to see its rich wildlife, including; Lions, Leopard, Cheetah, Buffalos, and elephants.

This day in the Samburu Game Reserve will be spent searching for the big five, the Samburu five, and observing the vast unspoiled scenery during morning and afternoon game viewing drives. You will have your picnic lunch in the park, and later you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

You will enjoy an early morning Game-drive in the Reserve. You will have the option of visiting a Samburu Village to learn and enjoy the Samburu people and their way of life. Later return to your lodge for a proper breakfast. You will check the camp and depart by road back to Nairobi, arriving late afternoon. You will be dropped at your hotel or be transferred to the airport to catch your flight back home.
